Shipping policy

We offer three shipping speeds here at Dead End.

With all items excluding Jeans/Pants shipping within 5 days, we assure our customers will receive their orders within two weeks.

Shipping & Returns

Our team at Dead End are devoted to quality. Many of our products are vintage, pre-distressed, and hand made, making each unique and personally special.

International shipments will have additional tax/tariff determined by the country we are shipping to.

Items purchased online are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds, but items may be returned for exchange or store credit.

To initiate your return, please email Deadendjeans@gmail.com referencing your order number and your reason for the return/exchange. Our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Returned/exchanged items must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags.

Once we receive your return, a credit will be sent via email that can be used towards your next purchase online. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
